Join us January 7 from 6:30-7:30pm MST for our monthly Liminal Check In. This month's topic will be about New Year's resolutions and why they most often not only don't work but make things worse. We start out with high hopes and good intentions but end up discouraged, feeling shame and further behind then when we started. We'll talk about what it really takes to bring about shifts and lasting change.
The Check In will be led by Shari Marbois and Chris Mosher. We will take up to 100 people on a Zoom call. $29 |
