Advanced Facilitator Training Feb/March 2022
The Advanced Facilitator Training is an intense practicum building on the tools you learned in Basic Facilitator Training. The scope of what you can expect to get out of training includes:
- A solid grounding in advanced Shadow Work® facilitation skills, including how to facilitate the four Identity Wound processes.
- Learning about the deepest wounds that human beings carry and how those wounds manifest themselves in various behaviors.
- A powerful experience of your own personal growth.
- Professional facilitation skills that you can apply yourself, on weekends or in your community.
Participants in this training will receive the manual and links to training videos approximately six weeks prior to the course so they can become familiar with the tools and processes before the training. This training is highly experiential and involves a great deal of hands-on facilitation time, both in practice situations and in real processes.
In order to get the most out of the training, participants need to thoroughly know the What's At Risk, Switch and Risk Manager processes.
We limit the training to 8 participants. If you think you are interested and ready please make a $500 deposit or pay in full.
Dates: The training will be conducted over three weekends. The first two weekends will be theory and practice and the last weekend (3 days) will be live process and facilitation work.
